Description:
Melatonin helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to sleep.

Use:
-Remove the obturator from the bottle and dose with the help of the supplied syringe: adults 0.5 ml (equivalent to 1.95 mg of melatonin) half an hour before going to sleep. Keep the liquid under the tongue. Children from 3 years old: 0.1 ml to 0.25 ml.
– It is recommended to take this product always at the same time.
