Rega is a dietary supplement contains the revolutionary bio-active form of folate, Quatrefolic, the 4th generation of folic acid. Quatrefolic is the active form of 5-methyl-tetrahydrofolate, known to bypass the gastric barrier, thus offering a complete absorption with no risk of accumulation.
